Thank you so much. Everything was perfect, but it also came with a better price than competitors. I will update this review with a photo when our garden (ground part) is ready to use.Peter Bretherton15 April 2024In atrocious weather conditions, your two engineers managed to complete a tricky motor replacement in our external awning which had stuck in the open position. Working at second floor level on scaffolding, under time pressure, they released the unit from its 15 year old fitment, replaced it having fitted the new motor and finally tested it thoroughly.
