Compared to experience with their main competitor who we used before (not naming names…) it’s been noticeably better service and result. The person who examined the old awning was able to recommend a replacement. The people that fitted the awning were very professional and coped very well in bringing the awning into my house through a first floor window as the awning was too big to go through the front door and up the stairs!
